Though, Sexual Harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 (the Act) mandates the regular awareness programs among the employees, it has not been complied with at the desired level.

Muhammed is a law graduate and has been enrolled as an Advocate since 1990 and he did his certificate courses in Intellectual Property Laws and Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.

Deepa has three decades of expertise in Law. Deepa is a seasoned legal expert who had a privilege to lead the legal teams in key public sector undertakings i.e Airports Authority of India (AAI), National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) and Project and Equipment Corporation (PEC Ltd.) which come under Ministry of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Small & Medium Enterprises and Ministry of Commerce, respectively.
Deepa is a certified corporate trainer from Indian Academy of Training & Development. She is a regular training faculty of Indian Aviation Academy, New Delhi, Civil Aviation Training College, Allahabad, Karnataka Judicial Academy, Bengaluru and Princeton Academy, Mumbai. She is an External member with Internal Committee under POSH Law with several corporates.
